BIOGRAPHY
As the Global Head of Recruiting for R&D, and Sales & Marketing at Infineon Technologies, Anne Grassian has over twenty years of experience in talent acquisition and workforce development. Anne’s professional journey began at Motorola Semiconductor, where she spent eight years recruiting graduate level talents for engineering and manufacturing roles.
Anne next joined Cisco Systems, serving as University Recruiting Manager for five years before moving to an HR Strategic Program Manager role for two additional years. She next held the position of Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Arm, Inc where she led both in-house and RPO recruitment teams.
Throughout her career, Anne has successfully designed and implemented various workforce talent development programs. Most recently at Infineon, her organization led the implementation of their registered maintenance technician apprenticeship and graduate engineering development program. These initiatives have enabled organizations to cultivate a pipeline of skilled professionals, driving business growth. She is enthusiastic about identifying and developing talent.
