Andrea is a strategic marketing leader shaping the future of the semiconductor industry through brand transformation, digital innovation, and ecosystem engagement. At EMD Electronics, the electronics business of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, she leads integrated marketing efforts that position the company as a trusted partner in enabling next-generation chip technologies, advanced materials, and sustainable manufacturing.
Andrea’s approach is rooted in cross-cultural insight and digital fluency, driving demand generation and stakeholder trust across the global electronics value chain. She is passionate about creating human-centered brand experiences and championing sustainable initiatives that align with the industry's shift toward responsible innovation.
Her career spans global roles at the Society of Petroleum Engineers and leading advertising agencies, where she spearheaded inclusive marketing strategies and elevated the voice of underrepresented communities in tech.
A dedicated SEMI leader, Andrea chairs the SEMI Texas Chapter and contributes to SEMI’s regional and strategic initiatives, fostering stronger collaboration between suppliers, OEMs, academia, and policymakers.
Andrea earned a Global Executive MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Graduate Marketing Certification from Southern Methodist University. She is a vocal advocate for marketing’s strategic role in enabling the semiconductor industry’s digital transformation.
