BIOGRAPHY
Francesco is AIoT and Sensors Applications Director at STMicroelectronics, leading the Support Team for North America. Since joining ST in 2000, he has contributed to the company’s growth through roles in R&D in Italy, technical marketing in Europe, and as head of the competence center for sensors, power, and connectivity in Japan.
In the USA, he has driven system marketing and development for IoT solutions—including wearables, fitness and wellness devices, smart home, and smart city applications—and now focuses on enabling sensor-based intelligence at the edge across robotics, personal electronics, computers and peripherals, industrial, and automotive markets.
Francesco holds an MSEE degree from the University of Messina.
