PICTURE THIS! BOSTON EDITION—The MSEC Photo Scavenger Hunt Adventure

Get ready to explore Boston like never before—through the lens of your phone, your teamwork skills, and maybe even your competitive streak.

Join fellow MSEC sensor‑savvy adventurers as we roam one of America’s most historic (and most photogenic!) cities in a fast‑paced, memory‑making Photo Scavenger Hunt.  You and your team will snap photos, solve clues, and uncover quirky facts—all while connecting with peers and colleagues. Along the way, expect plenty of laughs, a few “wait… are we really doing this?” moments, and a fresh appreciation for Boston’s unique charm. The goal: collaborate, have fun, and walk away with both new insights and great memories.

You’ll be assigned to a team of fellow MSEC attendees who will work together to track down points of interest, hunt for unexpected objects, and compete for glory (and prizes!).
We’ll wrap up the adventure with a well‑earned drink in the heart of the city—where you can swap stories, compare your most heroic photo ops, and relive the day’s highlights.

Boston’s spring air can be brisk, so don’t forget a jacket or warm layers to stay comfortable during the event.

Picture This! Rules:

•    Each team will have two hours to capture as many photos as possible from a curated list of Boston landmarks and miscellaneous objects.
•    Your team will be paired with a SEMI staff member, who will act as your official photographer.
•    Every team member must appear in every photo for the shot to count. No hiding behind monuments!
•    The team with the highest points wins.
•    Tie scores will be decided based on the quickest finish time
•    Pictures taken will be judged. All judging decisions are final. Attempting to bribe the judges with cannoli, while appreciated, will not help.
