BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Shasha Jumbe has spent two decades chasing the signal everyone else filtered out as noise.
At Amgen, Genentech, Roche, and the Gates Foundation, he built and led the pharmacometrics and advanced analytics teams that fused biology, engineering, and machine learning into generalizable mechanism-of-drug-action models — treating genomics, proteomics, structural biology, and PK/PD as what they always were: waves.
Level 42 AI® is the next verse of the same song. The Vibrome® is the body's full vibrational spectrum — vibroacoustic frequencies below and within hearing, optical wavelengths beyond and within sight, mechanical energies below and above the threshold of touch — captured through multimodal sensor fusion and handed to generative AI as the earliest health alarm system built to date.
Forty-two was the answer to a question nobody had worked out. Shasha started with the question: what is the body broadcasting that conventional instrumentation was never designed to sense? Everything he is building now — the sensor stack, the fusion layer, the corpus underneath it — exists to turn the music of the body™ into a measurable field.
