BIOGRAPHY
Scarlett Bickerton is Manager of Federal & State Affairs on SEMI's Public Policy & Advocacy team in Washington, DC. Representing the full semiconductor supply chain, Scarlett promotes industry-wide initiatives to lawmakers and regulators and is a trusted resource to the government. She focuses on issues related to international trade, export controls, federal funding, and supply chain priorities, such as intellectual property and PFAS. Prior to joining SEMI, Scarlett worked as a federal lobbyist at an international law firm where she represented Fortune 500 companies, Korean and Japanese conglomerates, and nonprofit organizations.
