BIOGRAPHY
Brett Wilkerson is an AMD Fellow currently managing the package development and product execution of AMD InstinctTM GPU Accelerators to bring leadership to AI and HPC performance in the datacenter. Brett’s contributions at AMD include development of process technology and packaging solutions for industry-leading innovations such as AMD’s 3D V-Cache™ and Elevated Fanout Bridge architecture. Brett studied Chemical Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin and has worked in the semiconductor packaging industry in Austin for more than 25 years.
