As Deputy Executive Director of the Machinists Institute, Adam provides organization-wide leadership to ensure MI programs deliver world class training and instruction that align with the workforce needs for today’s advanced manufacturing environment.
With a background in business leadership and human resources management in the manufacturing industry, Adam brings expertise in workforce development and employee engagement to the Machinists Institute. Having served on advisory boards for educational institutions as well as building world class training programs in industry, Adam combines many different passions that are uniquely combined to help the Machinists Institute deliver exceptional and life changing instruction to students that prepare them for the advanced skills needed for success.
