BIOGRAPHY
Jennifer has a 20-year career in high-growth, technology-based businesses with extensive experience in supply chain, operations management, strategic planning and transformational leadership. During her 19 years at Schneider Electric, she has led various transformations. As a plant manager, she led an electronics manufacturing plant through a lean manufacturing evolution, as Industrialization Director she was responsible for the introduction of new offers into the supply chain, and as VP of Digital Transformation, she led a team at the intersection of Schneider’s IT and Supply Chain organizations driving IT/OT convergence. Currently, she is responsible for our North American operations of Electronics and Configured-to-Order products.
Jennifer is passionate about breaking silos and connecting people cross-functionally across organizations to deliver business value and customer impact. She is also a fierce advocate for women in STEM and Operations leadership roles.
