BIOGRAPHY
Patrick Reilly serves as Senior Director of Market Research and Analysis at Ultra Clean Technology. His career has spanned nearly two decades of semiconductor industry experience across both technical and commercial functions. Previous roles include process engineering, customer technologist, product management, and sales and marketing at Applied Materials, Lam Research, and Eugene Technology. As a holder of 16 patents with expertise in a multitude of process applications, Patrick combines hands-on engineering experience with a strategic view of industry trends and technology adoption. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from UC Berkeley and a M.S. in Engineering Management from Santa Clara University.
