BIOGRAPHY

Lily is currently a process engineer at Entegris in Advanced Purity Solutions for her second year of the Leadership Development Program (ELDP), a three-year rotational program for early career development. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati's College of Engineering and Applied Science in 2024 with a B.S. in chemical engineering and a minor in environmental engineering. During her college career, she completed five co-op rotations, three of which were as a quality control lab technician in the packing industry and food/pharmaceutical industry. She then completed two co-op rotations at Entegris in the New Product Development department where she returned for her first year as a full-time ELDP engineer after relocating to Massachusetts after graduation. Throughout her experience at Entegris, Lily has worked on improvement projects that target the sustainability, cost, performance, and ergonomics of products and processes during the development and high-volume manufacturing phases. Through this work, she has gained a global perspective of the industry, closely working with Entegris teams across the world.
