• Graduated Technical University of Ilmenau with master's degree in computer science
• Started working at Hamatech Gmbh in Germany in November 1989 in the Software department
• Part of software development team for multiple product lines and tool generations
• Software support on-site at customers in Germany, USA, Taiwan
• Moved to Austin in 1995 for an expansion of the business in US
• Support for all Tool installations in US
• Part of Production Team for Product line made in Austin
• Worldwide Software support mentoring SW Teams in Taiwan, China, Korea, Japan since 2009
