BIOGRAPHY
Scott is a Senior Level HR Business Partner for Nikon Precision with almost 25+ years supporting domestic and international Engineering, Manufacturing, Service and Corporate Functions. Scott has almost 10 years in the Semiconductor Industry with Nikon Precision and Micron. Scott currently supports executives, senior leaders and employees throughout the United States with a variety of HR Programs and Support.
Scott’s current focus is on supporting and driving high performing teams with Change Management, Engagement, Performance Management and Culture related activities.
During his HR career, Scott has had diverse roles including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Operations Management and HR Business Partner support while developing and delivering programs for Talent Planning/Acquisition, Diversity/Equity/Inclusion and Compensation.
Scott is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University (B.B.A) with SHRM – SCP certifications.
