BIOGRAPHY
Kathy Bishop is the Senior Director of Human Resources and Public Relations for Jireh Semiconductor, Inc. located in Hillsboro, Oregon. Kathy attended Portland Community College and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Portland State University. Kathy’s career in Human Resources (HR) has spanned many years and has focused on HR in Manufacturing establishments. Kathy is co-chair of AM-TECH (the Advanced Manufacturing Training and Education Collaborative of Hillsboro) which brings together the City, industry, CBO’s and education partners to collaborate to meet workforce goals. This and her current mission at Jireh of “Bringing Manufacturing Back to the United States Profitably” will continue to drive Kathy’s action in support of the many hard-working individuals in manufacturing.
