Henry Marcil, McKinsey & Company

Henry is a leader in McKinsey’s Operations and Advanced Industries Practices, where he supports clients across semiconductor, electronics, high tech, and aerospace and defense industries on a broad range of strategic and operational topics

In 2019, Henry co-founded McKinsey’s Supply Chain Resiliency service line, and today leads McKinsey’s efforts on semiconductor resiliency, focused on confronting global challenges to ensure sustainable, reliable, and economical access to chips

Prior to McKinsey, Henry was a national security professional for the US Government. Earlier, he was a mechanical engineer for Lockheed Martin, Missiles and Fire Control. He completed his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at UCLA before completing a M.S. in Systems Engineering from MIT.
