BIOGRAPHY
Damian Scandiffio is Director of Enterprise Sales for Acara Solutions, an Aleron Group company. In this role, Damian partners with companies across North America to support their talent acquisition and workforce needs through a suite of comprehensive solutions that include staffing, on-premises program management, recruitment process outsourcing, managed service programs, master vendor programs, payrolling/employer record, and executive recruiting.
Damian previously served as Acara’s Regional Director of Business Development and Director of Client Services, providing onsite support for one of the company’s largest semiconductor industry clients.
Damian is based in Portland, Oregon, and serves on the committee of the Pacific Northwest and Silicon Valley chapter of SEMI.
