BIOGRAPHY
Carly Petrovic is the Sr. Human Resources Manager overseeing Microchip Technology’s Pacific Northwest region. She is a 2023 recipient of the Portland Business Journal HR Leadership Award related to an EE Apprentice and Internship program that she developed at Microchip. This program is one of the first of its kind in Multnomah County and works in conjunction with the local community colleges. Carly has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Western Michigan University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Brandman University.
