Biography
Alex is an electrical engineer who comes to Quanscient from the fusion community. Alex has a background in physics and substantial experience in system-level and device-level design, simulation and project management in the power industry. He has used FEM for simulating the performance of superconducting magnets, MEMS, electric machines and drives with special interest in generating reduced order models of electromechanical systems for use in control system design.
