Nithin Yathapu is a semiconductor industry executive with more than two decades of leadership experience spanning semiconductor manufacturing, advanced packaging, process technology, and global supply chain transformation. As Senior Director of Global Supply Chain at Intel Corporation, he leads worldwide sourcing and strategic partnerships for advanced metrology, yield management, and advanced packaging equipment supporting Intel's leading-edge manufacturing and R&D operations. Prior to Intel, he held leadership roles at NuFlare Technology, GLOBALFOUNDRIES, and KLA, driving technology deployment, manufacturing scale-up, and customer engagement initiatives. Recognized for aligning business strategy with technology innovation, Nithin plays a key role in advancing next-generation semiconductor manufacturing, advanced packaging, and supply chain resilience that enable the world's most advanced computing and AI platforms.
