BIOGRAPHY
Heejeong Kim has been with the Semiconductor R&D Center at Samsung Electronics since 2022, focusing on the development of novel gases and precursors for dry cleaning processes. Prior to joining Samsung, she was a senior researcher at LG Chem, where she developed various organometallic compounds and precursors for polyolefins.
She holds a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST).
