BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Kiuchi is the head of PZT thin-film development. With over 20 years of experience, he has been involved in the development of MEMS devices, including accelerometers, infrared sensors, and optical switches. Throughout his career, he has worked on MEMS structure design, fabrication process design, mass production transfer, sales, marketing, and intellectual property strategy. Dr. Kiuchi received his BS and Ph.D. degrees from Ritsumeikan University.
