The Electronic Specialty Gases & Systems Conference in 2026 will take place at a new venue—the Hyatt Regency Phoenix—from November 10–12, building on the overwhelming success and momentum of last year’s event. The Conference provides a forum of engagement and learning around the consumption, technology trends, and drivers for electronic gases and vapor phase materials. Executives, technologists, buyers, suppliers, and strategic planners from the electronic gases and systems value chain including end-users, producers, and equipment suppliers will benefit from the presentations and networking opportunities afforded by the conference.

Semiconductor manufacturers, suppliers, researchers, and students are encouraged to submit abstracts that are relevant to the conference forums. The Conference is interested in new perspectives and opportunities that are aligned with the handling and use of advanced gases and vapor phase materials within the semiconductor industry. This year’s conference will include sessions on the following topics:

  • Gas/Vapor Phase Systems and Challenges
  • Contamination Control and Yield
  • New Technology
  • Sustainability
  • Infrastructure and Facilitization Issues
  • Emerging Trends in Purification and Analytics
