BIOGRAPHY
Scott Balaguer has been in the semiconductor equipment industry for nearly 40 years. His experience spans the front end to the back end including management roles in metrology, lithography, test and the subfab. He is currently the CEO of a new start-up company entitled ISRL USA (International Subfab Research Lab).
