This was after nearly a decade of working as the head of the Washington, DC office of SEMI, the global electronics manufacturing supply chain trade association where he focused on issues related to trade, export controls, tax reform, federal funding for research and development, and some of the predecessors to what we now know as the CHIPS Act.
