Audrey Bernardo is a leader in the Advanced Industries practice with a focus on Operations transformations at McKinsey & Co. She has supported industrial clients in several countries, including China, Brazil, Argentina, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Her recent engagement experience includes leading the Integration Management Office for the merger of two semiconductor companies.
Audrey has a master's degree in Engineering Systems from MIT, an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and a bachelor's degree in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University. She was a Leaders for Global Operations (LGO) fellow at MIT and conducted her thesis research on strategic supply chain for emerging markets at Spirit Aerosystems, an aircraft component manufacturer. Prior to joining McKinsey, she worked in private equity and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
