Joined Applied Materials in 2001 as part of the RD team to develop SiON process for transistor gate stack dielectric application. 2006, as member of the integration team to provide guidance on application development for High-K/Metal-gate technology. 2012, transitioned to corporate technology and marketing team to formulate strategy for logic and foundry segments. 2015 and onward, as senior member managing module technology development for advanced gate stack applications.
