BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Lu Gan is Senior Director and Head of Technology Strategy & Roadmap within the CTO organization at EMD Electronics. In this role, she leads the team responsible for analyzing emerging industry trends, shaping strategic technology roadmaps, and fostering collaborations that position EMD Electronics at the forefront of semiconductor material innovation.
With deep expertise in semiconductor materials and technology development, Lu has built her career at the intersection of scientific innovation and strategic leadership. Since beginning her semiconductor career in 2015 at Air Products and Chemicals within the Electronics Technology organization, she has held a series of leadership roles of increasing scope and impact. Prior to her current position, she served as Director of R&D Sustainability, and as Technical Director for CMP Slurry Development, leading technology efforts in critical materials for semiconductor industry.
Lu holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from SUNY Stony Brook University and a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Nanjing University.
