BIOGRAPHY
Jon Hacker is the Director of Technology Development, Material Procurement at Micron Technology. His team focuses on enabling First of A Kind (FOAK) materials that meet the needs of Micron’s next-generation memory technologies from technical, commercial, quality, and sustainability perspectives. Jon is passionate about driving increased efficiency through tenacity and attention to detail as well as enabling the success of those around him through mentorship and coaching both within and outside of Micron.
With over 35 years at Micron, Jon has held a variety of positions, including roles in Manufacturing Process Development, Manufacturing Planning, Corporate Supply Chain, CIS Manufacturing Site Leadership, and HMC/HBM Technology Pathfinding. For the past five years, he has been dedicated to Materials Procurement. Jon holds over 20 patents in the field of 3D Integrated (3Di) Advanced Packaging and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
