BIOGRAPHY
Camelia Rusu is Senior Principal Engineering Manager in Logic Technology Development (LTD) at Intel Corporation. She joined Intel Corporation in 2021, after a 20-year tenure at Lam Research. Camelia joined Lam Research after getting her PhD in Physical Chemistry, with focus in Surface Science, from University of Pittsburgh in 2000. Camelia started as an etch process engineer and grew up holding leadership positions in technology, process and hardware development, customer management and business development. Camelia brings an entrepreneurial mindset combined with a holistic view of the semiconductor industry to solve problems. She enjoys growing and coaching teams while develops the technology of the future!
