Gaurav Tembey is a Managing Director and Partner with The Boston Consulting Group in the Seattle office. He is a core member of BCG’s TMT practice, and spends most of his time working with clients in the semiconductor industry.
His experiences span the value chain from Foundry. Design, and IDMs. He has worked across topics of strategy, design optimization, R&D efficiency and outcomes, IP management and platforms, go-to-market processes, digital customer experiences, product roadmaps and portfolio optimization, leading large organizational transformation efforts spanning all these.
Prior to joining BCG, Gaurav worked as Technical Sales Manager for Texas Instruments where he worked closely with multiple semiconductor distribution partners across a wide array of customers.
He holds an MBA from University of Texas at Austin and an undergraduate degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from University of Pune, India
