BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Charnoff is a Vice President of Bain Capital Private Equity’s Industrials team. Mr. Charnoff focuses on investments in the diversified manufacturing and industrial technology sectors, including three of Bain Capital’s recent investments in the specialty materials and semiconductor industries: II-VI, Hitachi Metals, and Kioxia. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Charnoff was a management consultant at Bain & Company. He received his MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and his BA from the University of Southern California.
