BIOGRAPHY
Sophia Rogalskyj is a Product Marketing Engineer in the CTSPS Product BU at Tokyo Electron America. Her focus is currently on accelerating TEL’s impact in the More than Moore IoT market and legacy technologies for TEL’s clean track business unit. Prior to this she worked as a plasma etch process development engineer at TEL Technology Center, America, LLC, focusing on beyond-Cu metal etch for logic scaling applications. She received her B.S. and M.S. from SUNY Polytechnic Institute’s Colleges of Nanoscale Science and Engineering and started her career at TEL as an intern in 2018. Sophia is a 2022 SEMICON West 20 under 30 Awardee. Sitting in Albany, NY, Sophia has been a member of the SEMI Northeast Committee since 2020 and is Chair for 2024.
