Kevin joined Amkor in 2004 as part of the acquisition of Unitive Electronics. He is currently Corporate VP, FlipChip/Wafer Services Business Unit. Prior to his current role, Kevin served as Senior VP of Wafer Services for the Advanced Product Group. He has held various management positions within Amkor US and Taiwan. Prior to joining Amkor, he worked in process engineering at National Semiconductor and has held various positions in the semiconductor manufacturing and packaging industry for more than 25 years. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Auburn University.
