Mandy D'Andrea, BOCES

Mandy D’Andrea serves as the Coordinator for Workforce Development and Post-Secondary Pathways at Capital Region BOCES. In this role, she leads a team that bridges education and business to create innovative, industry-relevant pathways for students while cultivating a skilled workforce to address critical labor shortages.

With over 31 years of combined experience across education, government, and business, Mandy excels at building cross-sector partnerships that benefit students and industry alike. Her leadership history spans roles as Principal for CTE at WSWHE BOCES, positions within the Empire State Development Corporation and the New York State Executive Chamber, and service as President of the Saratoga Golf and Polo Club. Today, she also serves as Executive Vice President of Community Relations for Liberty Blasting Group, sits on multiple regional legislative affairs committees, and holds a New York State Real Estate License.

Recognized as a transformative leader and advocate for expanding career pathways, equity, and inclusion, Mandy works to dismantle systemic barriers for all students. As a result of her work, she recently presented at the SREB National Conference on “Future-Focused CTE: Leveraging MTSS-I and Work-Based Learning to Create Pathways for All.” Her honors include a 2026 Women of Distinction Award from the New York State Assembly and the Rising Star CTE for All Award from the National Association for Career and Technical Education (ACTE).
