Joel Barnett received his B.S in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley in 1984 and has 36 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry, covering the high volume manufacturing, research and development, and equipment sectors. Before his current role as Surface Preparation Product Marketing Manager at Tokyo Electron, he was Senior Member of Technical Staff at SEMATECH where he was Chair of the Surface Prep and FEP sections of the ITRS. He has authored or coauthored over 100 technical papers in peer reviewed journals and conference proceedings and has 3 patents.
