BIOGRAPHY
Stefan Ernst studied physics at University of Technology of Dresden, Germany, and the University of Edinburgh, UK. He obtained his PhD in the field of low-temperature solid state physics. Since joining X-FAB in 2011, he worked in various positions in technology development and process integration for high-voltage CMOS and wide bandgap technologies, program management and business development. In his current position, Stefan manages a team in charge of business management and strategy for MEMS and Wafer-Level Integration at the X-FAB Foundry Group.
