BIOGRAPHY
Melissa Frith joined Bosch in 2016 as a commercial sales account manager. Over the following years, her role has expanded as a board member in two of Bosch’s resource groups: Hispanics@Bosch & Women@Bosch. Melissa is recognized as the ambassador of her division for Bosch’s North American Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) efforts, she believes that innovation is at its best when organizations cultivate an inclusive environment that enables people to come to work and feel welcomed, valued, respected and heard. Melissa is focused on organically building the company’s internal DE&I capabilities and results through collaboration with senior leadership and engagement with the DE&I Change Agent Community, which reaches Bosch’s 36,000 associates across North America.
Melissa earned a bachelor’s degree in international business from Northwood University.
