ABSTRACT
This presentation will cover model progress, track AI token growth and intensity to translate demand into real infrastructure needs, and analyze how hardware–software codesign drives efficiency. Through SemiAnalysis InferenceMAX, we show real-world token throughput across hardware, including tokens per megawatt and per dollar, while dissecting the gigawatt-scale infrastructure and semiconductor production required to support this growth
