Tom St. Dennis

Tom is a 40-year veteran of the semiconductor industry. Most recently he was Chairperson and CEO of FormFactor Inc. until 2015. Prior to that he was general manager of the Silicon Systems group at Applied Materials. Currently, Tom is the Chairperson of FormFactor, and is also on the board of directors for Axcelis Technologies Inc. as well as Veeco Instruments.
