Mr. Glasmann is a world-class semiconductor executive with over 30 years of semiconductor operational experience. Rick grew up in Denver, Colorado and moved to California upon his enlistment in the US Navy where he served his country for over 4 years. He has a proven record in factory transformation, team building and technology development through market capture. He is a process and systems-oriented person driving and sustaining tangible results. Most recently he served as Vice President of Process and Equipment Engineering at Atomica (formerly IMT). Prior to Atomica he served as Chief Operating Officer of Deca Technologies in the Philippines through an exciting period of organic growth and technology development. He previously held various semiconductor Fab managerial positions in manufacturing, equipment, and process engineering for over 20 years, and served as General Manager and at Infineon Technologies (formerly International Rectifier). Rick holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix – Southern California campus.
