BIOGRAPHY
Dr. David Green is a Senior Staff Field Applications Engineering for Silvaco, based in UK. He joined Silvaco in 2007, with responsibilities including pre and post-sales support of TCAD customers globally, and includes development and management of TCAD R&D projects. He provides support on a wide variety of applications including power, display, reliability, and optical applications. His PhD and subsequent post-doctoral work involved the design, simulation, development, and testing of vertical and lateral power devices.
