Scarlett Spring is Executive Director of the Phoenix Bioscience Core. She is a serial entrepreneur and co-Founder of TapRoot Interventions & Solutions, creators of Ella®, a personalized care management platform for persons caring for those who can’t fully express their care needs, which sometimes happens with dementia-related diseases, mental illness, autism, stroke and other cognitive deficits.
Scarlett is a 20+ year pharmaceutical executive with Fortune 100 companies Merck, and AstraZeneca, as well as prior COO, EVP at Greater Phoenix Economic Council. She serves as a Board Member of Republic Bank of Arizona and former board member of AVEO Oncology, an LGChemical company. She volunteers her time as a member of the Arizona Sports and Tourism Association, member of Arizona’s Bioscience Roadmap Steering Committee, and Flinn’s Risk Capital Committee as well as a member of Greater Phoenix Leadership.
Scarlett enjoys traveling, cycling, pickleball, and a love of food and wine pairings.
