Mayura Padmanabhan is a Program Manager at SEMI, where she leads the Semiconductor Manufacturing Cybersecurity Consortium (SMCC) technology community. She previously worked as a Probe Engineer in Smart Manufacturing and AI at Micron Technology (Fab 10) in Singapore, contributing to yield improvement and test time reduction initiatives. Mayura holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Nanoelectronics from the National University of Singapore and a B.E. in Electronics and Communications from Anna University, India, where she was a University Rank Holder and Best Outgoing Student Award recipient. She is a PMP®, PMI-ACP®, and Certified Advanced Scrum Master, a 2025 SWE Trailblazer Award recipient, an active Toastmaster, and a passionate mentor for young girls in STEM.
