Lora Ho is a Consultant for Corporate Sustainability at TSMC. Since joining the company in 1999, she has held several key leadership roles, including Corporate Controller (1999-2003), Chief Financial Officer and Spokesperson (2003–2019). She later served as Senior Vice President of Europe and Asia Sales (2019–2022) and Senior Vice President of Human Resources (2022–2025). Additionally, Ms. Ho chaired the ESG Committee starting in 2011 and served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy Development until her retirement in April 2026.
Throughout her career, Ms. Ho has received numerous accolades. She was named "Outstanding Financial Executive" by the Financial Executives Institute and voted the "Best CFO" in Taiwan and Asia by FinanceAsia and Institutional Investor magazine from 2007 to 2019. In 2018, Nikkei Asian Review recognized her as one of the "Nine Most Influential Women in Asian Tech."
Ms. Ho holds an MBA from National Taiwan University and a B.A. from National Chengchi University.
