Andi Zolkiewski, MBA, TSMC AZ
Andi joined TSMC AZ in July 2024 as the leader of Benefits, HRIS, and Reporting & Analytics. Andi has spent over 25 years in Human Resources in various industries including education, healthcare, AEC, and semiconductor. She is passionate about designing and implementing total rewards programs that support the employee’s physical, mental, and financial wellbeing. Further, as a single mother to two boys, she recognizes the challenges of being a working parent. In her role at TSMC AZ, she is committed to understanding the workforce’s challenges as they relate to child care accessibility and affordability. Andi doesn’t shy away from a challenge. She relies on robust analytics to identify and present innovative solutions to help business leaders make informed decisions. TSMC AZ recently launched a partnership with TOOTRiS, a child care provider navigation platform. TSMC AZ parents have access to a $150/month per child allowance, via this platform, to apply towards the costs of their child care expenses. Andi holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and has a B.S. in Criminal Justice and Public Management from the University of Arizona.
