Presentation Title:
Case Study Presentation 1: Applying Front End Lighthouse Learnings to Assembly & Test Manufacturing and Business Functions
Today’s increasing complexity in Assembly and Test Operations (e.g., complex packaging, thinner dies) and business functions (e.g., interconnected supply chain) is driving the need fo quickly adopt the innovations od the Fourth Industrial Revolution across the entire value chain of an organization.

While implementing applications and learnings from Front End Smart Manufacturing Lighthouse to Assembly, Test, and Business Functions is a valuable approach to scale the value of Front End solutions to the whole enterprise, doing so requires understanding the commonalities and differences between requirements of the Front End organization and other functions, ensuring that the right set of enablers is in place across the organization, and breaking down any company silo to create truly cross-functional teams.

In this talk, Mr. Federico Bianchi will share some examples and lessons learnt in applying to Assembly, Test, and Business Functions the learnings from the Front End experience in Smart Manufacturing.
