Harlan Sur is Head of J.P. Morgan's U.S. Semiconductor and Semiconductor Capital Equipment team. His team has been ranked top-3 and runner-up in the Semiconductor Capital Equipment segment and top-10 in the Semiconductor segment. Harlan has spent 11 years in the semiconductor industry in various engineering and business roles at Samsung Semiconductor, VLSI Technology, and Philips Semiconductor. He is the primary inventor/co-inventor of 19 U.S. patents. Harlan graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.
