BIOGRAPHY
Vijayalakshmi Seshachalam (Viji) works at GlobalFoundries, Malta as Process Engineering Manager for CVD Module under Advanced Module Engineering department. Her responsibilities include process selection & readiness, quality, cost & productivity improvement for the CVD dep films used in semiconductor manufacturing technology. She manages & leads the Process engineers for the CVD module. Viji has been with GlobalFoundries for 15 years & before that Chartered Semiconductors Singapore for 2 years, working across Technology Development & Tech Transfers and Advance Module Engineering. Viji has a bachelor's degree in chemical & Electrochemical Engineering from CECRI, India and has research experience from the Department of Material Science, National University of Singapore. Viji has served on the ASMC committee since 2022.
