BIOGRAPHY
Over 25 years ago, Janet stepped foot in a semiconductor fab facility at IBM for an internship and never looked back. She is now responsible for bringing up new Power technologies and products in the global device factories at Wolfspeed. Her team bridges the gap between the Business Units, R&D, and Operations to deliver new products with the highest performance and quality that are capable of high-volume manufacturing. Most recently, Janet has been championing yield. She led teams that not only advanced yield, but also improved manufacturability and robustness. Her passion is building technical and integration expertise within a diverse and multi-disciplinary team. Janet has over 16 years of experience working in Silicon Carbide. She has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and is an avid music enthusiast.
