Nearly 600 virtual participants and 100 in-person delegates gathered for the two-day Advanced Semiconductor Technology Conference (ASTC) 2022 at the PARKROYAL COLLECTIONS Marina Bay Hotel in Singapore. This event focused on heterogeneous integration as the forefront the technological advancement in semiconductor packaging which increased the complexity of semiconductor design and testing, and how chip designers deployed cutting-edge technologies (such as big data and AI) to tackle these challenges.
Themed Future of Innovative Packaging and Test Methodologies, the 2-day conference featured 18 speakers from some of the biggest names in the microelectronics industry within the region, sharing their knowledge and insights on the trending technologies through a series of thought-provoking presentations.
